Valore Investment Partners was formed in 2021 by Ross Pelligra, Chairman of the Pelligra Group and Peter Wright Executive Chairman of NBFI Capital.

Our Real Estate Funds

Valore Investment Partners has two fund vehicles to invest in. The Valore Opportunity Fund, which is focused on developments in commercial and mixed use real estate, and the Valore Income Fund, which holds stabilised, income producing assets. They are unlisted, wholesale fund vehicles for sophisticated and institutional investors.
